Present day working women face lot of challenges. They find it difficult to manage the work pressure both at work place and at family. A survey was conducted online to study the various perceptions of challenges faced by women. The results of the survey were discussed with Dr Sangeetha Madhu, Clinical Psychologist and Consultant. In an exclusive interview with Shvetha Sridhar, Dr Sangeetha Madhu speaks about the various challenges faced by the working women and also gives solutions to cope with them.
