Cyber Security : Indo-US initiatives

Mr David T Hopper, Consul General of United States of America in South India delivered a special address on the "Cyber Security: Indo - US initiative" . Mr David Hopper is a member of the Senior Foreign Service at the rank of Minister Counselor.

He is heading the Consulate General Office at Chennai since August 2005. He is one of the most admired diplomats amongst the South Indians.
