How to relieve stress? - Some simple breathing techniques

Presently, many people, particularly youngsters, are suffering from stress, due to various reasons. Stress leads to lot of health problems, combined with bad attitude.

In this podcast interview with K. Srinivasan, Mr D V Sridhar, an eminent Yoga Expert and Founder Director of YogaRaksan talks about the various aspects of stress and related health problems.
